I specialize in evidence-based treatment for insomnia and nightmares (CBT-I and CBT-N). These interventions are well-researched, yield improvement quickly, do not involve the use of medication, and can help people who have struggled with sleep for years. I also work with clients to resolve anxiety and depression symptoms that contribute to sleep challenges.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused. My goal is to work with you to sleep better as quickly as possible.
